Palestinian negotiators have announced that they will apply to 63 U.N. organizations, including the Criminal Court of Justice, next week. They are using the excuse that Israel will announce new construction plans next week for the settlements. So it's quite obvious that the Palestinians will look for any flimsy excuse to torpedo the peace process, and that they're not negotiating in good faith. What's next, more suicide bombings?

I feel really sorry for Kerry, working so hard for a settlement, when neither side is really interested in one. He is wasting his time and efforts.

So lets play them at their own game and allow a right of return of say 1,000 original Palestinians. Then when they start to come tell them their families are not covered by the right to return and that this is a one chance thing. The ones that do agree find that they are living in a wilderness with no amenities and no permissions to put any in place. No building allowed and no tents. Then tell them that the Israeli government will buy the land for a nominal fee and pay for them to go back to were they came from.
