Obama was the most racially decisive president in my lifetime. Through his two terms and to this day, Obama denigrates America as an inherently racist nation. This is extremely odd seeing that he was twice elected POTUS. He used racism to both generate support for his policy ideas and also used it to defend the results of his failed policy ideas.

Turns out actually Trump is not the most racist President ever, Joe Biden is. Today Trump and Marco Rubio announced a peace deal ending the 30 year civil war between Congo and Rwandan in which 7 million Africans have been killed.

The representative from the Congo said they attempted multiple times to reach out to Biden to end the civil war, but "he never picked up the phone." He and his administration did not care about millions of Africans dying.

So why would Biden allow the killing of millions of black Africans to continue? Why is Biden so racist?
