Are you absolutely certain? We all came from the earth.
In every aspect of life there are nuts. Should we stop believing in science because some believe in a flat earth or that the sun revolves around the earth? Religion, like science, is a pursuit of truth, a pursuit of knowledge. Science pursues truth by means of what is physical; religion by means of thought, reason, philosophy, and what is of the soul (spiritual). Science is more limited, yet truth is truth, and should not be dismissed or discarded.Religious nuts choose to be religious nuts. Better information was provided long ago.
It is interesting that ancient accounts tell of this...that life came from the earth, and when it came to mankind, God breathed his own life/spirit into him. There is a great lesson to be learned from the Egyptians. They set for themselves the enormous task of building pyramids, and this presented great obstacles that resulted in new inventions. We can compare this to the new inventions that came from the US when we set for ourselves the enormous task of landing a man on the moon. We still don't know how the Egyptians were able to build the great pyramids with no mechanical means. Maybe, once again, we need to set that task for ourselves. It seems ancient man still has much knowledge that can be imparted to his ancestors. Are you absolutely certain?
Wow, your TDS appears to have entered stage 5. LOLSome theologians are beginning to question trump's support from the religious community. So many of the things he says are the antithesis of traditional religion's historic beliefs. From claiming he has never needed to pray for forgiveness to claim he is the chosen one, it's reasonable to question how and why he has such unwavering support from religious leaders. He might be the Antichrist foretold in the Bible.
1. The Wounded Head That Healed
• Revelation 13:3 describes a beast whose mortal wound was healed, and the world worshiped it.
• Trump’s political “death” in 2020 and his dramatic resurgence are interpreted as a symbolic fulfillment of this prophecy.
• His return is seen not as a comeback, but as a resurrection of deception—proof that the beast lives.
2. Blasphemy and Self-Deification
• The Antichrist speaks “great things and blasphemies” (Rev. 13:5).
• Trump’s self-exaltation—calling himself “the chosen one,” standing before churches with a Bible, and accepting praise as a divine instrument—is viewed as blasphemy incarnate.
• To this theologian, Trump does not serve God; he imitates Him to deceive.
3. Deception of the Elect
• Matthew 24:24 warns of false Christs who “will deceive, if possible, even the elect.”
• Evangelical support for Trump, despite his moral contradictions, is seen as the great falling away—a sign that even the faithful have been seduced.
• The theologian sees this as the fulfillment of 2 Thessalonians 2“the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed.”
4. The Image and the Mark
• Revelation 13:15–17 speaks of an image of the beast and a mark without which none may buy or sell.
• Trump’s likeness appears on flags, coins, and apparel. His name becomes a brand, a symbol of allegiance.
• The theologian interprets this as proto-idolatry—a precursor to the mark of the beast.
5. Lawlessness and Pride
• The Antichrist is “the man of lawlessness” (2 Thess. 2:3), exalting himself above all that is called God.
• Trump’s defiance of legal norms, his disregard for truth, and his elevation of self above nation and law are seen as textbook signs.
• His pride is not strength—it is the serpent’s whisper in human form.
Trump is not merely a political figure—he is the beast foretold. His rise, fall, and return are not coincidences but cosmic signals. The theologian cries out: “Come out of her, my people!” (Rev. 18:4), warning that allegiance to Trump is spiritual compromise, and that the hour of judgment is near.
Typical nut bag logicIf Trump and MAGA are the antithesis of traditional Christianity then we are just fine for a while longer. If Democrats gain power, they truly are the antithesis of Jesus Christ and will usher in the 2nd Coming of Christ.
Apparently I was wrong in crediting you with the ability to distinguish the difference between human animal life and all other animal life of came from the earth?Wasn't my question until you brought animals into the discussion
Not really. When crazies vote a certain way based on their absurd beliefs, telling them those deeply held beliefs are bullshit won't change their minds. You have better luck discussing it in terms they can accept. If they fear the Antichrist, point out how trump matches the description. I've found that a great many who claim Christianity for political purposes don't actually believe everything they claim. In every aspect of life there are nuts. The limitlessness of religion has its own weaknesses as well--it can fly off into the expanse of great silliness and when it does, it should be reined in. Suggesting a US President (Obama, Trump, or anyone else) is great silliness and should be reined back into the facts that are known. John was writing to people of his own time about events taking place in his own time.
Your post regarding absurd beliefs follows pretty closely to your worshipping the democrat party and the fiascos they've saddled the American public with over the past seventeen years. Not really. What a silly remark. Must be part of those straw man assumptions leaking through. I have never implied animals and humans ate on the same rung of the evolutionary ladderApparently I was wrong in crediting you with the ability to distinguish the difference between human animal life and all other animal life of came from the earth?
No doubt you believe all that is true. Your cult training is impressive.Your post regarding absurd beliefs follows pretty closely to your worshipping the democrat party and the fiascos they've saddled the American public with over the past seventeen years.
Thanks for the confirmation. No doubt you believe all that is true. Your cult training is impressive.
Shrug. For me, religion is about my personal life; politics is about the life of a nation. Combining the two is no more useful or palatable than is dipping garlic in chocolate. Not really. Still, humans are just animals no matter where they eat.I have never implied animals and humans ate on the same rung of the evolutionary ladder
Unfortunately, the trump cult doesn't share your belief.Shrug. For me, religion is about my personal life; politics is about the life of a nation. Combining the two is no more useful or palatable than is dipping garlic in chocolate.
Unfortunately, you are making assumptions about people you have no knowledge of -- AGAIN.Unfortunately, the trump cult doesn't share your belief.
My point is truth. The truth is John's Book of Revelation does not reference any US Presidents or even modern times.Unfortunately, the trump cult doesn't share your belief.
So we finally agree. Doesn't matter though. As long as many vote based on their belief that John was referencing modern times, it's a valid point of discussion. My point is truth. The truth is John's Book of Revelation does not reference any US Presidents or even modern times.
