Is there anything to actually be proud of the USA for?

Its not really about party. Most people in Miss want medicaid expansion and more infrastructure spending. But the voting rights act mandated gerrymandering is unpopular with a maj, and in a lot of places school integration led to a decline in acad standards

I'm not clear what that had to do with the post you responded to

I'm not clear at all what his post was about; acad maj. He saved 6 key strokes and a hundred people have to read his post multiple times to understand what he's saying.

Indian history is frequently written by indians in the modern era, which can hardly be considered accurate.

I'm reminded of the leftist TV show, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. The woman doctor, whenever she had a real moral struggle, would go into the woods where the Indian Chief would bestow wisdom on her like an Asian Indian Guru.. They were all so very, very, wise and always at one with the Mother Earth.
Yeah, no one ever talks about how Indians would routinely burn down forests just to drive prey towards them. "Great hunters" my ass, and certainly not eco friendly like we are constantly led to believe. The reason they lived in teepees was because they werent good enough at hunting. Indians couldnt survive without being nomads who follow a massive herd of buffalo, so they lived in tents that were portable. Following around a 1,000 buffalo herd is hardly a worthy achievement for a hunter.
Forbidden Statistics

Proof of how inferior those unevolved bandit gangs kicked out of Asia were is that Iowa could support only 20,000 of them because their inability to get more than subsistence from Nature. Three million Whites manage to make a living there now, without having to kill off other tribes in order to get by with the limited resources, limited only because of the Asian Neanderthals' low level of intelligence and creativity.

Genuine question. Seems the US has done a lot of bad stuff, from meddling unasked in foreign affairs to its treatment of indigenous peoples. (Even the very, very conservative curriculum that was used for history class when I was in school acknowledged that we treated native Americans horribly.)
I want to genuinely know, is there anything I can be proud of my country for this independence day? (I'm at least happy that we're not socialist or communist.)

Cheeseburgers! I am proud of American Cheeseburgers!

You are the world's laughing stock and horror.

The world's laughing stock and horror? And yet look at the southern border where all those people are running from all that upward mobility to get here for our racism. Look at all the Chinese, Indians, Russians, Australians, British and other European and Asians who are begging to come here in droves because they're so tired of the upward mobility in their own countries and want to come here where they can be prejudiced against and put in their own places and kept there.
Yes the third world wants to come here, the UK and the rest of the modern world not so much.
Wrong. They all want to come here. Oh, sure, there are American haters in the EU just as there are here in the US but, like those here in the US, most still want to live here.
Less than 5% except Israel and the UK our big buddies. Other modern countries don't want to come here. Certainly more Americans want to move there but it is damn difficult. We are a me ss a GOP me ss after 40 years of giveaway to the rich and screw job for everyone else. Everyone everywhere is horrified by Trump and his brainwashed base. Only we the richest country in the world among modern countries is the only one without a living wage great vacations healthcare daycare paid parental leave cheap college and training. Snap out of it and change the damn channel dooofis.
