Is there any USMB member who believes all deported Tren de Aragua members be returned to the US?

You cited the third judge. I cited the original judge who held the bond hearing, who found he was gangbanger, a danger to the community and refused to grant a bond.

I gave a link to the opinion way above someplace, or you can find it online.

You went back to a bond hearing where there was limited time and ability to review evidence?

Come on man.

What "time limit?" He was represented by counsel. He could review all of the evidence the DHS had. He had eight ******* years to claim asylum and come clean. He chose to shit on our laws.

Come on man.

Backatcha. I have zero sympathy for this gangbanger.

Hypothetical question for all:

Given two facts:

Abrego Garcia entered the country unlawfully.

Abrego Garcia was granted relief from deportation at some time after that.

At what probability that he was a gang member and committed additional crimes would you change your stance on whether he should be deported?

For example:

“I believe he should not be deported but somehow I knew there is a blank percent chance that he is really gangbanger I would change my mind.”

Or:

“ I believe he should be deported, but if there is a blank percent chance that he has committed no crimes since illegally immigrating it into the country I believe he should not be deported.”

Just curious.

Honesty is the most important thing in answering this question.

Then why wasn't the charge on his criminal record?

First you would have to find a criminal conviction on his record.

That is immediate grounds for deportation.

Why wasn't whatever he was charged with on his record?

That's what I was talking about. Bond hearings are not an evaluation of the proffers on the merits with the ability to challenge "evidence".

A bond hearing is just a step to determine if he is eligible for bond, and how much. Based on his criminal record, seriousness of the accusations etc.

If he committed a crime, there should be a record of his indictment, and or conviction. But from what I gather, his record is clean, except for semi-anonymous accusations.

Would you deport somebody if they're a member of the proud boys? Or a member of the KKK, or a member of a neo-nazi group?
If they had immigrated to the U.S. illegally and gotten relief from deportation and then were found to be members of Proud Boys or KKK or neo-Nazis?

Absolutely.

Wouldn’t you?

Doesn’t sound like they were here to “do the work Americans won’t do.“

Interest idea. All we have to do is have the KKK issue a membership card to every illegal, and they're G O N E ......

Right. Or we could just call train de Aragua human resource department to verify membership.

That is the folly of these demands to “prove “that Kilmore is a gang member. Nobody ever “proved“ that al Capone was a gang leader either.

Nothing could ever be proved 100%. That was the point of my hypothetical question about percent of probability.

But I know, math is not for everyone.

If they had immigrated to the U.S. illegally

elon was an illegal.

and gotten relief from deportation

he's still here. in fact, we are paying him bigley tax payer dollars for all kindsa 'merican perks.

and then were found to be members of Proud Boys or KKK or neo-Nazis?

That is why Al Capone never went to jail for his mob hits, or bootlegging, or loansharking, or any gang crimes.

Right, and a spite of those non-convictions, if he had been born in Sicily instead of New York, he should’ve been deported.
