Is there any USMB member who believes all deported Tren de Aragua members be returned to the US?

Then let the legal process play out. Hell, the administration even admitted it was an error.

Who will it be next time?
Some other gang banger ordered deported in 2019.

The mistake was in not spotting the pause another liberal Judge put on the deportation order.

Mistakes are going to be made.

I hope they don’t mistakenly send you to an El Salvador prison and Trump says too bad, shit happens, we can’t get you back.

That would suck eth mightily.
Mistakes will happen.

I'll take my chances if it means that 20,000,000 Illegal Aliens will be forced off of US soil.

The guy is illegal. He would be in jail in El Salvador or here. I prefer him there.

Any judge. I cannot imagine the president of El Salvador getting an order from an American judge and doing anything other than laughing his or her ass off.
That’s because it’s the president’s job. Trump can do it ii he wants, but cruelty is the point.

Agreed.

Just the Illegals.

With as many as 20,000,000 Illegal Aliens currently present upon US soil...

Mistakes are going to be made...

We correct as many of those mistakes as we can...

A few useful maxims come to mind...

:...and let God sort-out the rest..." ( regarding any mistakes that cannot be corrected )

"...the Greatest Good for the Greatest Number..." ( some mistakes are acceptable in order to get this huge job done )

"...the Perfect is the enemy of the Good..." ( we cannot let the specter of an occasional mistake stop us from getting the job done )

And, given today's SCOTUS decision re: accelerated mass deportations using the Alien Enemies Act... sounds like SCOTUS agrees...

And, if SCOTUS agrees... that's the end of it.
Mistakes cannot be made. All must have hearings. The callousness of saying nothing can be done proves that cruelty is the point.

No they didn't. They denied his attempt prove if he was sent back there would be retribution to him. Court said he didn't prove it and was denied.

Actually the court did recognize that Garcia being returned to El Salvador would put him in danger, thats why they ordered he NOT be returned to El Salvador.

(But could be deported to another country.)

If Trump were moving with deportations as fast as Biden and Obama did, there likely would be many mistakes. No doubt there were many mistakes under Obama and Biden's deportations and family separations. But the media did not cry crocodile tears over them.

If sending a guy out with a bunch of TDA members when he is actually an MS13 member is the biggest mistake Trump folks make, they're doing extremely well.

He's El Salvadoran.

That "court" was an immigration judge. They work for the DOJ, they are not part of the independent judiciary.

If they called people who give test drives for drivers licences "drivers license judges" that would not make them part of the judiciary.

His exemption was denied.

Everyone deported has a rap sheet against Americans and were released by democrats to commit more crimes against Americans

Democrats = traitors
So you don't even want a two party political system? No dissent? That's scary.

that why your party is so hell bent on curbing free speech?
Are you kidding? Many Americans are worried that their First Amendment right to free speech is fading. You can't protest at Universities?

"The State of the First Amendment: The Right From Which All Other Rights Flow" will explore who felt censored before President Trump returned to office and who feels stifled now.

Our reporting found that scientists are scrubbing reports and federal grant applications of words the Trump administration has banned. Some student activists are afraid that participating in protests could lead to deportation. Teachers are nervous about a new online portal where students or parents can file complaints about diversity, equity and inclusion lessons in class with the U.S. Department of Education.

Yet plenty of others — including anti-abortion activists, the far-right activist group Moms for Liberty and members of university Republican clubs — say they feel more free today to express views without fear of a backlash now that President Trump is back in office.

soon after President Trump was sworn back into office, one of the first actions he took was to sign an executive order aimed at "restoring freedom of speech and ending federal censorship."

His critics say his concern for free speech is only for speech his administration finds acceptable.

It's unconstitutional actions during the last administration that became a concern.

Protesting isn't a problem, it's when the paid agitators escalate it into acts of violence.

LoL..... suddenly all is forgotten when Obama changed words he didn't like either.
