Don't have to. Denied asylum........got a temporary reprieve. Temp reprieve not permanent. Also lost because he failed to file in a timely manner.
Didn't Trump end temporary legal status?
Now his case has been stayed.

What's funny in the Abrego Garcia case was that deportion to ANY other country than El Salvador would have been fine since that would have complied with the 2019 order. But no, they had to send him to the one country that the court ordered where he couldn't be sent.
The order was administratively stayed given the timeline involved. The Respondents have until 17:00 today to file their reply brief to Chief Justice Roberts. This was not unexpected.
Once the Respondents file their brief then Chief Justice Roberts can then either decide on his own or refer it to the full court o the Shadow Docket. Then it will be a couple of days - maybe a week - before we will find out if the SCOTUS will vacate the order or allow it to proceed in some manner.

States from sending a noncitizen to a country where, more likely than not, he would face
persecution that risks his “life or freedom.” See Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”), 8
U.S.C. § 1231(b)(3)(A); see also 8 C.F.R. §§ 208.16–.18 & .24 (setting forth the standard for
withholding of removal and the procedures required for its termination)

WTF you talking Dude.
That is the admitting that in 2019 the Immigration Judge denied his asylum and that he could be deported withholding deportation to El Salvador. The Trump Administration then and now could have sent him to any other country in the world.

You say that like it's the only one he has. Gang bangers carry their identification on their bodies. It's so their fellow gang members can identify them and rivals know who they are. I don't have to see his tats to accept that authorities have seen them and know what he is.
Based on his claiming under the blue highlighted part................which was denied. So he isn't immune from deportation to ES.

The government admitted in court that the order from 2019 barred sending Abrego Garcia to El Salvador. The government disagrees with you.
