You don’t seem to understand what lawyers in this situation are paid to do. They come with the most sympathetic scenario possible and get the family to state that scenario as fact. The less verifiable the better because the less disprovable also.

BTW, lest you give the lawyer credit for creative story telling: the father killed by the local crime gang and the pubescent son smuggled to America for his safety? That’s a plot point in “The Godfather” novel, brought to the big screen in “Godfather II.”

Latin Americans with two surnames are addressed as "Senor" (Mister)(with a tilde over the "n," and their first surname. Senor Abrego in this case for Kilmar Abrego Garcia. That's why I didn't know who you were talking about earlier.

Here's a more detailed explanation:

    In Spanish-speaking cultures, including El Salvador, people typically have two last names: the father's surname followed by the mother's surname.

Now they have been over-ruled by the big boys. If the SCOTUS was afraid the poor innocent was in danger in El Salvador, they would have upheld the Obama puppet's order.

Maybe he's dead already, shanked by his gang's rival, TDA. If so, moot point, right?

Gang members are born into the same gang dad was in. Gang pay more than any other employer. Recruitment is pretty easy.

Illegals only have private representation for which argues on behalf of their case whenever needed right ? So they have no guaranteed rights that are granted to them by the American constitution, and this while they are legal who are here illegally. The constitution was written exclusively for Americans that are born and raised on American soil or for those who come here legally in order to better their lives when they become an American later down the road, but only if qualify.

The agreement with El Salvador is they keep the gang members FOR ONE YEAR and for that they were paid 6 million dollars. After a year, the situation will be re-assessed. A much better deal than innocent J6ers got being imprisoned wrongly for 3 or 4 years AND STILL WOULD BE had President Trump not freed them.
