Is there any USMB member who believes all deported Tren de Aragua members be returned to the US?

Did you have a gang trying to recruit you ? A gang that might kill you and your parents if you refused? Did you have a gang extorting your parents?

No?
No.

Nor did Kilmar, as far as we know.

You don’t seem to understand what lawyers in this situation are paid to do. They come with the most sympathetic scenario possible and get the family to state that scenario as fact. The less verifiable the better because the less disprovable also.

You - without pay (I assume?) - are parroting this scenario as fact. Also without evidence.

BTW, lest you give the lawyer credit for creative story telling: the father killed by the local crime gang and the pubescent son smuggled to America for his safety? That’s a plot point in “The Godfather” novel, brought to the big screen in “Godfather II.”
Then don’t tell us this bullshit. In fact get off this forum and go spend time with those kids you supposedly care so much about
My kids are grown and we raised them to be independent. But thanks for bringing my family into it.

In case the news hasn’t filtered to you, your boy Kilmar Abrego lost on SCOTUS today.

Is mister Garcia a friend of yours? No? Then his name is Garcia.

Courts have accepted the fact that Garcia was threatened and in danger of harm from those gangs. That you don’t means nothing

Wow.

You were so quick to respond. Less than six minutes. You were actually that eager to display your ignorance once again.

Latin Americans with two surnames are addressed as "Senor" (Mister)(with a tilde over the "n," and their first surname. Senor Abrego in this case for Kilmar Abrego Garcia. That's why I didn't know who you were talking about earlier.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
  • Two Last Names:
In Spanish-speaking cultures, including El Salvador, people typically have two last names: the father's surname followed by the mother's surname.
  • Formal Address:
In formal situations, it's customary to use the father's surname (the first last name) when addressing someone.

    • If the person's name is Juan Pérez González, you would address them as "Señor Pérez".
    • If the person's name is Maria Rodriguez Lopez, you would address her as "Señora Rodriguez" or "Señorita Rodriguez" depending on her marital status and age.

No worries about your not knowing. I have worked with Latin American students for nearly twenty years so I know these things.

I don't blame you for your ignorance; no one knows everything. I would not know how to address a Russian with a pattonymic for example. Difference is I don't go "correcting" others on it, just to show my ignorance.

You seriously need a break from this one thread.

Now they have been over-ruled by the big boys. If the SCOTUS was afraid the poor innocent was in danger in El Salvador, they would have upheld the Obama puppet's order.

Maybe he's dead already, shanked by his gang's rival, TDA. If so, moot point, right?

The Constitution, the document MAGA swears everyone else is violating! Gaslighting anyone? The markets aren’t tanking, the markets aren’t tanking…

Gang members are born into the same gang dad was in. Gang pay more than any other employer. Recruitment is pretty easy.

For all that you called him “Kilmer” as though he was your AMERICAN friend

Clearly you just “say shit”

Not true.
Illegals only have private representation for which argues on behalf of their case whenever needed right ? So they have no guaranteed rights that are granted to them by the American constitution, and this while they are legal who are here illegally. The constitution was written exclusively for Americans that are born and raised on American soil or for those who come here legally in order to better their lives when they become an American later down the road, but only if qualify.

The agreement with El Salvador is they keep the gang members FOR ONE YEAR and for that they were paid 6 million dollars. After a year, the situation will be re-assessed. A much better deal than innocent J6ers got being imprisoned wrongly for 3 or 4 years AND STILL WOULD BE had President Trump not freed them.

Oh look an expert on gangs .

Fuck off you Nazi troll

No, he wasn't denied asylum in error. There is a one year limit on application and he was like 7 years late.

The court granted withholding him (Garcia) from deportation to El Salvador in 2019 and the Trump Administration didn't do anything because they COULD have deported him to another country.

But now the Trump Administration sent him to the ONLY country they were barred from sending him (Garcia) too.

WW
Actually, he was barred from being deported to Guatamala.

Yes, I'm an American.

At least I don't give "corrections" that turn out to be based on ignorance.
