Suppose you or someone you love had one too many at the office party and run down and killed someone on the road.

A DUI is not a first degree murder case, it's manslaughter or at best second degree if a repeat offender.
A first degree murder is lying in wait action.

To constitute murder by lying in wait there must be an intentional infliction upon the person killed of bodily harm involving a high degree of probability that it will result in death and which shows a wanton disregard for human life.

I don't think that's a concern with them....it's all about convenience.

I knew a young lady where I worked that had 4 or 5 abortions (can't remember which), I asked her why she just doesn't practice safe sex by having the guy use a condom, she said she didn't like it because it didn't feel good inside her. I just walked away shaking my head.

I've talked with combat vets about killing people. Many soldiers don't find it that easy.
