Is the Right of Return an Intergenerational Right?

The special regime for the Palestinians is clearly stated by the UN. You may disagree with it, but it exists.

I doubt it exists in the language of intergenerational rights.

For the Palestinian refugees a special legal regime was created. This regime comprises two special UN agencies - the United Nations Conciliation Commission on Palestine (UNCCP) and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) as well as certain provisions of the 1951 Refugee Convention and the UNHCR statute. UNRWA was established in December 1948 with the dual mission of providing direct relief and establishing a “works program” for the approximately 700.000 refugees that fled what is now known as Israel in 1948. These services have been provided to those meeting UNRWA’s operational definition of “Palestine refugees”: persons whose normal place of residence was in Palestine between June 1946 and May 1948 and who lost their homes and means of livelihood as a result of the 1948 Arab-Israeli conflict. UNRWA’s mandate today includes also provision of basic needs to those refugees and internally displaced people (IDP) that had to flee their homes in the 1967 war as well as the descendants of the original male Palestinian refugees from 1948 and 1967 under the precondition that they live in one of UNRWA’s five fields of operations, whether in a camp or not.

UNRWA eventually became the dedicated welfare agency whose sole purpose is to perpetuate the myth of an invented people with an invented national identity who are nothing more than colonists from surrounding Arab states.

Palestinians are protesting because UNRWA ran out of money, not because their arab brothers have only forked over 2% of what they pledged to give.

How does that change the fact of the special regime. Just relishing the fact that the Palestinians may go through more suffering, being the racist that you are, does not change the fact of the special regime.

But you forgot about the part where nearly 100% of the UNRWA staff is palestinian and that they very innocently I'm sure failed completely to segregate or in any other way identify combatants AND THEIR DESCENDANTS from non combatants. Breaking their own written policy stating that such distinctions are best made at the point of registration of refugees.

At this point, and given the ongoing violence its highly likely there isn't legitimate refugee in the lot of them.

Yet the UN continues to lend aid to combatant and noncombatant alike.

Which I'm sure has nothing to do with the afore mentioned fact that virtually all of the UNWRA staff is itself palestinian

All your BS doesn't change the fact that there is a special regime as a result of the extraordinary way the native people lost their land and became refugees as a result of UN actions.

The legal definition of any Arab Muslim colonist involved in any violence or supporting any violence against the sovereign nation of Israel would be Illegal combatant. (Its outrageous that the UN would even consider calling these murders and terrorists refugees and I believe it might just be time for Israel to sue the UN over its lending aid to a combatant. )

As such they actually have very few rights under any of the geneva conventions

Also you seem a tad confused as to just how Israel came to be. The nation of Israel is representative of the return of a native people to their homelands. These native people were involved in negotiations and peacefully buying land when the bigots and racist Arab Muslim colonists attacked out of pure hatred and prejudice.

The result of the Arab Muslim colonists violent acts was a unilateral declaration of Statehood by Israel. A declaration they would have been happy to negotiate, however the Arab Muslim colonists were hell bent on another holocaust. Fortunately, this time, The Judaic people were ready for them.

As a first nations person myself I'm quite proud of the Israeli's for sticking up for themselves and not taking it anymore.
