There is no such policy that forbids among any LE agency in this country from eliminating the driver of a vehicle. Officers are ALWAYS allowed to eliminate a perceived imminent threat of bodily harm or death.

As for the 2nd leftist that got eliminated, was this after video showed him committing felonious vandalism on a government vehicle when he kicked in the taillights?
