It was not justified in any way. This " accident " was totally preventable. Proper training would have helped. These were untrained fake lawmen / thugs or both.

In both instances one officer had 8 and the other 10 years LEO experience.
DHS says 85% of new hires have LEO experience.

I believe it was the man who took his gun away. If you watch the video then watch it again in slow motion you can see his facial muscles move in a manner that suggests he's yelling. If so , he is definitely guilty of MURDER. In fact he set him up to be murdered.

They are mostly cowards too. They seek safety in numbers all the time. That would indicate some paranoia too. Follow the leader. Have you heard any good jokes lately ? Do you like naughty jokes ? I heard a good one. Care to hear it ?
I'm still not going to jump to conclusions however. Glad it's there . Hope Congress gets to see and investigate it all. I no longer trust the DOJ since trump has weaponized it.

It's not weaponized....no one is claiming (with any credibility) that he is causing phoney evidence to be manufactured. (Unlike Obama and many others did against Trump)

I'm not going back all the way to Obama. But the top cases of the DOJ under the Biden administration were mostly against Democrats. Look at their record now under trump and you'll understand there is no doubt he has weaponized the DOJ. I knew he was going to do this as soon as he started saying Biden weaponized the DOJ.
