Intentionally so.Not to say trump's national popularity is immense. Far from it. But it is within MAGA. As if it is oblivious to what is happening around us.
I thought the question was who lives their lives more in line with christian values? There are ways to do so beyond giving money. Like volunteering, living decent lives that consider others, like not electing politicians who take away life saving aid.
Evidence of that having been splashed all over this thread by conservative's regard for money over human life.
WrongThat's a lie.
You think Trump PRAYS?Trump is not the first president to pray in the White House

Neither could youIntentionally so.
Trump Cult members couldn’t care less about thousands dying the consequence of Trump’s reckless, irresponsible cuts.
Rhetorical question, I presume.Better to spend close to $1B refurbishing a luxury jet for Dotard than create goodwill in needy areas of the world by saving lives? Have you no sense of decency?
In the spring of 1954, McCarthy picked a fight with the U.S. Army, charging lax security at a top-secret army facility. The army responded that the senator had sought preferential treatment for a recently drafted subcommittee aide. Amidst this controversy, McCarthy temporarily stepped down as chairman for the duration of the three-month nationally televised spectacle known to history as the Army-McCarthy hearings.
The army hired Boston lawyer Joseph Welch to make its case. At a session on June 9, 1954, McCarthy charged that one of Welch's attorneys had ties to a Communist organization. As an amazed television audience looked on, Welch responded with the immortal lines that ultimately ended McCarthy's career: "Until this moment, Senator, I think I never really gauged your cruelty or your recklessness." When McCarthy tried to continue his attack, Welch angrily interrupted, "Let us not assassinate this lad further, senator. You have done enough. Have you no sense of decency?"
Overnight, McCarthy's immense national popularity evaporated. Censured by his Senate colleagues, ostracized by his party, and ignored by the press, McCarthy died three years later, 48 years old and a broken man.

USAID cuts have caused more than 330,000 deaths worldwide, BU professor estimates
There will be no nationally televised events during which trump will be required to defend decisions resulting in the deaths of thousands of human beings. No pointed questions about sending immigrants off to a foreign gulag to be tortured after denying them their constitutional rights. No poignant moments questioning his decency. The nation could really use a moment like that. Frankly, today, I don't think it's possible.
BTW, I was reminded of Joseph Welch's moment of moral clarity while watching this excellent Netflix special, which is worth watching.
Yes I do, here is us at the National prayer breakfastYou think Trump PRAYS?
Holy crap. No pun intended.
President Trump is busy fixing all that the Democrats have totally fukked up for decades. Real Americans see what he is doing, you can pretend it's some group-think collective called MAGA if you want, but it's just normal Americans with common sense that support the President. In the spring of 1954, McCarthy picked a fight with the U.S. Army, charging lax security at a top-secret army facility. At least the wealthiest 0.05% don't have to pay any more in taxes!
MCcarthy was correct and right on the money. He had more of a sense of decency than any of his detractors.
A sense of decency would drive one to try and protect ones nation from hundreds of traitors and spies for enemt nations and that is what he was doing.
His detractors wanted to turn a blind eye to such damage and treason.
Ameriucans are sick of importing the third world into the US and bringing the third world with them, Sending them back is decent
Americans are tired of spending billions for people the world obver who basically hate us. Decency is keeping our money here and letting them fix their own problems WHICH THEY CAN

As opposed to mandating what my health insurance has to look like, what type of light bulbs I can use, or trying to bring the freaking storm drain ditch in my backyard under EPA control? That ship toward authoritarianism sailed a long time ago.Traditionally, that is an essential step in the march towards authoritarian governance.
accusations require evidence. You lose without evidence.
I don't wish to insult your beliefs, but I don't believe in a punishment in a fictitious afterlife for what one did during their life.
Show us these “thousands” dying from the cuts.Intentionally so.

Why would people with no income pay income taxes? You realize it’s called ‘income tax’ right? At least the wealthiest 0.05% don't have to pay any more in taxes!
NO…purple hair nose ringers should donate all of their earnings to fight hunger around the globe. And besides, if those damn children in those shit hole countries want something to eat, THEY CAN GET A JOB LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE DAMMIT
