The definition of "racist" has been so diluted and dumbed down for political advantage that this question can't be answered without clarification.

Do you mean "racist" in the normal sense - a person who thinks another race is somehow inferior - or "racist" in the PC sense - a person who has said something that can somehow be dishonestly leveraged into an excuse to scream RACIST to put that person on the defensive and completely avoid a discussion of the topic and what they actually said?

In the age of the PC Zealot, definitions are important.
