So, there is nothing you can provide that will guarantee you’re a citizen so this arbitrary 24 hour deportation you’re asking for could be applied to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Deport them to where? When you deport somebody, you send them back to their country. Where then do you send a US citizen?
