Is it "Congress's" Constitutional Duty To Raise The Debt Ceiling?

Sure does.
4 trillion per month. Do the math. You’ll see it is a false claim. Currently our national debt is greater than all revenues collected in one year.

It’s estimated that the US government will take in 8.5 trillion in revenues this fiscal year. Not 48 trillion as you just claimed.

haha that says nothing about the debt ceiling
It does not have to. The debt is guaranteed, meaning the government will do what it has to do

No wonder the irresponsible right is doing so poorly in the media and in common life in our communities.

If you think the US takes in 4 trillion a month in revenues, you have no credibility to criticize anyone. .

It does. You can look it up, but you are lazy.
The US is estimated to take in 8.5 trillion dollars in revenues this fiscal year. You can look all you want and you won’t this 48 trillion dollar figure you’re talking about.

GDP is not a measure of how much revenues the US is taking in.

No, that's not the only thing in the bill. Don't you feel stupid now?
You have no idea what’s in it because no one has told you. You certainly haven’t read any part of it. You did even know it existed until someone here told you it existed.

If you know the bill so we'll, can't you give a simple 'yes' or 'no'? Unless of coarse, you're just some big mouth 25 year old who doesn't know what he's talking about?

Que Pasa, mutha?
Good gawd you’re just plain stupid.

You guys keep on clamoring that Republicans are holding the debt ceiling hostage and yet they are the only ones who have actually passed a raise in the debt ceiling that Democrats refuse to pass.

yes the debt can’t be questioned…that has nothing to do with raising rhe debt ceiling

Just when in hell is it in the Constitution that says the fucking government can go $32 trillion in debt by spending more money than it has?
