In order to ascend back to heaven, we have to descend from heaven just as even Jesus Christ did. John 3:13, Jesus says, “no one has ascended into heaven except he who descended from heaven, even the Son of Man” We cannot be resurrected and ascend back to heaven unless we came down from heaven as well. In Heaven, we became sons and daughters of Heavenly Father in spirit form. We descended into our bodies sometime before our birth (Jesus knew Jeremiah in the belly of his mother). Thus, we are all children of our Father in Heaven. We remain so unless we choose evil and do not repent. We become subject to the devil, Satan and are his.

Who we accept as our literal Father doesn't mean Father in Heaven still isn't our literal and actual spiritual Father. Just like if you are adopted. You biological father remains your biological father whether you allow him into your life or not. God is real. God is Abba Father for those of us who believe and accept Jesus. God is our literal Father who knew us before he formed us in our mother's womb. Our earthly father (lower case "f") is also real-literal, but he lacks the highest position in our lives that God maintains.
As far as the verse you are talking about, allow me to enlighten you with the truth. Your verse is Hebrews 12:9 of which you "falsely" claim it refers to "all" spirits when it does not. You added the word "all" when it is not a part of scripture.
Hebrews 12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
God is the Father of spirits, but not of all spirits-some, not all. I've already said that some people do not want God, some people hate God, some people flat out refuse God's eternal salvation... and those people are spirits. I've already said Jesus said they are of their father the devil.

Satan is the prince of evil spirits, therefore God cannot possibly be the Father of all spirits. There are "Lying Spirits" in this world of which Satan is the father of lies. Yes, God the Father is a spirit, Jesus is a spirit and each every one of us also is a spirit. But we also have bodies. Jesus resurrected and has an immortal body of flesh and bones (see Luke 24). We all have bodies and we will all be resurrected with immortal bodies of flesh and bones. God the Father is an exalted man and also has a body of flesh and bones. It is part of eternal progression.
