Does the idiot not realize that the vast majority of military medical personnel are in the reserves of the various branches, and if activated they would be pulled form his hospitals to perform active duty. There are at least 3 medical and medical support units in NYC, and they may not be assigned in his city. It's amazing politicians can be so freaking ignorant.
