Ok, so you admit Bragg has no jurisdiction over Federal crimes.
Wrong.
A new suit, teeth whitening, new shoes, trips to the beauty parlor and tanning salon, or hush money payments, all can be argued as improving a canduidate's "public image".
The FEC commissioners both said that those expenses are NOT campaign related.
That's just the way the LAW is written.
Examples of campaign expenses are:
Buying TV time for commercials
Buying newspaper ads
Buying campaign flyers
Paying for campaign staff
The LAW is fairly simple.
1. Was Cohen convicted in a trial or did he make a plea deal? He got nailed for tax evasion, not Federal campaign violations. Then why was michael cohen convicted of campaign finance violations for making the payments.
WTF is an "in-kind" contribution? Bragg doesn't even know that!! Your good!!
Trump can pay whoever he wants, whatever he wants to, with his own money. Spending your own money is "free speech".And paying a Porn Star as an "in kind" contribution to benefit the campaign just days before the election.
We know this because that is what Cohen was convicted of.

2. What Cohen did or didn't do has zero to do with Trump.
We aren’t. You’re just too stupid to understand the law.Once again you leftward fascists are trying to transfer a crime by someone else to Trump without him ever being charged with said crime.
Trump can pay whoever he wants, whatever he wants to, with his own money. Spending your own money is "free speech".
I already explained that campaign expenses are directly related to the campaign, like campaign staff and political advertising.

Paying off someone you slept with is a campaign expense if you’re doing it solely to protect your campaign.I already explained that campaign expenses are directly related to the campaign, like campaign staff and political advertising.
The fact that the leftists are grasping at straws, having to explain this nebulous and convoluted indictment about how an expired misdemeanor can be elevated to a felony if the DA is able to prove that it’s to cover up a federal crime of which he was not even prosecuted, but someone else who is a convicted perjurer was and is now changing is story, etc., etc., etc., just shows how desperate the DA is to find something…..anything…..to “get him.”Nazi Piglosi, is that you! Yes, Trump is INNOCENT since he hasn’t even been charged, much less convicted.
Leftatrd fascists are out in force today.
Cohen did not contribute to the Trump campaign, he paid hush money with his own money, and then paid himself back with Trump's own money.
No it is NOT. The FEC commissioners already explained that.Paying off someone you slept with is a campaign expense if you’re doing it solely to protect your campaign.
Correct. Trump isn't being charged because he spent his own money. If he had done that he wouldn't be in legal jeopardy. The charge is that he used Trump Organization money (a seperate business entity from his personal accounts) and that the money was paid to Cohen to aid in concealing his crimes. It is the falsification of business records that is his problem.
So it’s all a matter of taking money from the company he owns (profits are still his) to pay a legal debt instead of from a personal account. Big whoop. You people are really stretching to suppress the vote of tens of millions of people.Funny thing is, if he had arranged the NDA and paid the hush money from his personal accounts there wouldn't be a legal issue.
And, since Cohen was convicted, paying a porn star hush money just days before the election to benefit the campaign.
It is. The career lawyers explained it painstakingly with thorough citations of law.No it is NOT. The FEC commissioners already explained that.
Cohen was convicted of the campaign violation. It's literally one of the charges to which he pled guilty.
A case brought by a biased DA that will derail the presidential ambitions of the OPPOSING side should be clear-cut….not this vague gobbely-gook. All this time for Bragg to “get his target,” as promised in his campaign, and this is the best he can come up with?Correct...
... Except that Trump is charged under NY State business record law for falsification of records for covering up Cohen's crime.

And it surprises no one that an anti-Trump DA would allow criminals to roam the streets, stabbing and assaulting people, while he figures out some convoluted charge to prevent the Regime’s #1 threat to the presidency not be voted on by the people. It is. The career lawyers explained it painstakingly with thorough citations of law.
A Trump appointee claims it isn’t, but that surprises no one that his hand picked cronies would protect him.
Two democrats said it was a violation, 4 non-democrats said it wasn't.It is. The career lawyers explained it painstakingly with thorough citations of law.
A Trump appointee claims it isn’t, but that surprises no one that his hand picked cronies would protect him.
Okay, but that really doesn’t address the issue. And it surprises no one that an anti-Trump DA would allow criminals to roam the streets, stabbing and assaulting people, while he figures out some convoluted charge to prevent the Regime’s #1 threat to the presidency not be voted on by the people.
