If Trump was on the list, I think likely it would have been leaked.

I agree. If there was anything there the democrats could use or thought they could use against Trump, they would have already tried.

So my next best guess is that there is something that would be embarrassing to someone powerful, maybe in a foreign government, that Trump is keeping a lid on because it would prove too costly to his international efforts and foreign policy.

I might not like it, but I trust Trump enough to do the right thing for the best overall interest of the country even if it means not revealing everything he might otherwise let us know about.
