My niece is engaged to a black guy Chris (and when I say black he's as black ace the Ace...) from Texas she met at Durham University. He recently went for a job and had to pass an entrance exam.
He didn't get the job but when my brother arrived to pick him up one of the examiners ran over and said he doesn't know why he didn't get the job as he was head and shoulders above everyone else. Also he had been asked to ask my nieces black boyfriend Chris if he would consider working a few hours a week advising the successful candidate. Chris didn't get to answer, my brother answered on his behalf.
Its ironic that my niece is natural blonde, blue eyes and every inch what Nazi's would call an Arian as far as looks go. Yet even she can be adversely affected by racism against blacks.

So, how many blacks are fleeing the U.S and Britain these days??

We have state and federal laws that say no one can be discriminated against. In the Nov election, California tried to pass a proposition that would have allowed that state to discriminate in favor of certain people, which basically means another group of people are disfavored, and THAT is discrimination. The proposition failed, Thank God, but what that means is their system is not racist because the system itself does not allow discrimination.

But here's the problem: while the system itself does not allow discrimination, every system is run by human beings and some of them do discriminate. If a person is denied employment, a promotion or pay raise, advancement, or termination based on discrimination then that action is racist but the system is not. Not unless the system requires quotas that limit anyone's opportunities in favor of someone else.

The democrats are not redefining what racism is, they're just selectively applying it to their opponents rather than everybody as they should. They're not trying to solve the problem, they're trying to make political points from it. They'd rather continue to use it as a weapon rather than make life better for everyone.

I am not sure, however my point is you really don't know which country is the most racist on earth, do you? How do you tackle a problem if it is buried and on the down low? How bad is racism in Britain and what do you consider bad?

My niece is engaged to a black guy Chris (and when I say black he's as black ace the Ace...) from Texas she met at Durham University. He recently went for a job and had to pass an entrance exam.
He didn't get the job but when my brother arrived to pick him up one of the examiners ran over and said he doesn't know why he didn't get the job as he was head and shoulders above everyone else. Also he had been asked to ask my nieces black boyfriend Chris if he would consider working a few hours a week advising the successful candidate. Chris didn't get to answer, my brother answered on his behalf.
Its ironic that my niece is natural blonde, blue eyes and every inch what Nazi's would call an Arian as far as looks go. Yet even she can be adversely affected by racism against blacks.

I understand, my daughter married a black guy and she was harassed. She was called a "jungle bunny" and other slurs. He was an extremely smart guy, and still had difficultly finding a job. Just bizarre that skin color makes a difference and how people believe about certain races.
