I couldn't imagine government more instrusive than that.
Who is going to be appointed as the "Dead Fetus Inspector"?
This coming from a man wanting to ruin bakers over a cake.

They knew what the law was when they opened their business.
Now, most businesses when they get caught breaking the law, try to fix the problem. Not the homophobic bakers, though.
Actually the law wasn't applied to that situation until their case.
For you this has nothing to do with "the law", it only has to do with screwing over people you despise via government tyranny.
It wasn't applied before because gay people couldn't get married before.
They had a bunch of options that didn't involve violating the law, they violated the law, anyway.
Comply or go out of business isn't "options"
Still doesn't matter, because these laws violate free exercise anyway when applied as such.
Sure they are. It's how every other business law from licensing to sanitation and safety works. You comply with the law or you go out of business.
Except no idiot would claim they don't need to keep their restaurant vermin-free because the Bible said they didn't have to. Imagine that.
Get off your fat butt and notify the police about these babies being murdered because whining on this board doesn`t stop these "murders", does it?I don't get the Liberals. One minute they're saying that abortion is all about women's rights and the next minute it's about the right to murder your baby. So which is it?
The Bible is a book written by human beings in an ancient time. "Slaves, obey your masters" that silly book tells us. I went to a Catholic school and we didn`t do the Bible nonsense. The law is unconstitutional as applied in this situation.
Where in the bible does it say don't use an exterminator?

We're talking about law. God doesn't really factor into this. Hell, which god? Whose idea of that god? Since when does theology dictate law in the US?Yeah why not? God doesn't make mistakes. It's your attitude that's defective.
Scarlet-Letter StickersI for one see a significant difference between a fertilized egg and a new born baby. The egg is a sack of DNA, the baby can think and feel and learn. But I just speak for me.

Nope. There is no reliable exemption for breaking laws. Otherwise, I want to start sacrificing my enemies to the Aztec Pantheon because that's totally my religion.
Why does it have to be in the Bible?
Argumentum ab absurdum, your only refuge on this topic.
