There are a LOT of Persians in America. They are in every part of American culture. They have been here since the Shaw was exiled and even though have become citizens....they still want to go home.

Gwyneth Paltrow is an outspoken Democrat with your typical loony Hollywood ideals.

What this is signifying is that the loony and loud members of the Democrat Party are becoming even more isolated and shouting their views to empty rooms.

Because the struggle against liberalism has become personal for too many people. Opposition politics is not a platform that is successful for the long term success.

IOW just being against whatever Trump wants to do is not a winning strategy. You need ideals and principles to stand on and behind. The concept of "I just want to be in charge" no longer works for everyone....in fact it works for nobody.

When Democrats come out as against YOU because of something that Trump does that helps you with something you have always wanted....you just lost a party member on a grass roots level.

And Republicans should take note....
People have become more attuned and aware than ever before about the goings on in DC....not as just a passing mild interest but in a manner that defies past actions.

Just because they have an "R" beside their name means nothing anymore. They will get primaried repeatedly until they are out if they do not perform as expected. This selfishness and self centered behavior is not going to continue to be tolerated by a disinterested electorate.

Historically Iran was also an Ally of Jews prior 1979 as well.. unlike the Arabs they did not line up to attack them in the 1960s.. These Iranians are a much different people. I have a feeling these people are hungry enough to take their nation back. Hope the Democrats will be willing to give them a chance.
