What happened to people being guilty of their crimes?

If politicians don't try and help poor kids, should they be indicted for murder when these kids end up murdering?

Did you know that India, a country with a government 5 times more corrupt than the United States (India still has slavery folks! Even though it's technically illegal there are many millions of slaves in India and the government knows about most of them!) as a large and powerful nuclear arsenal? What are your thoughts on that?
