Depending on how much Trump knows about his medical prognosis that the rest of America does not, as a life-long grifter (and worse) he is fully aware of how his life could end like his long-time friend Jeffrey Epstein.

Biden did not pursue criminal charges against the Trump Crime Family to the full extent, hopefully future Democrats will not make that mistake again.

He's certainly getting some kind of medical treatment but I know of no medications for dementia.

IMO, it's more likely he's a walking heart attack. Overweight, a lifetime of no exercise except riding a golf cart to cheat at golf, fatty foods, etc.

COVID almost killed him and, I suspect, strongly harmed his cardiovascular system which is why he had to stop taking Adderall.

He knows he's dying hence his worries about getting into Heaven. He knows all the crimes he's committed and the harm he's done, especially to children.

Trump was an atheist most of his life. Like many old people, the closer they are to death, the more they start thinking about it.

In his case, I believe his NPD is so far gone that he thinks he is God.
