If this boob has been in touch with all of his military units, then he is in contact with them and they are not operating as independent rogue units flailing mindlessly.

Iran has hit around 5 different neighboring countries, not our military bases but civilian targets, hospitals and apartment buildings, in countries who generally supported Iran and thought they were on even, friendly terms,
