Not sure this has been directly discussed yet.

When do they run out? They can’t make any more right now, they can’t ship them in, what’s left they either use or watch them get destroyed by Israel on the ground.

So how long until they run out?

It depends if China flew some into Iran or not. Rubio seemed to suggest that they were flying out their citizens which is what I also considered but it's not wise to ever really underestimate China.

How long can they shoot missiles made in Iran, or how long can they shoot imported missiles?

I voted for a month with a caveat.

China and North Korea could continue sending them parts for missiles, along with the warheads. Unless they feel consequences too, it could likely go on forever.

They aren’t going to get any imported that can hit long range. And I don’t think China is going to support them without oil flowing. Without the oil Iran is a big problem for China. If they send weapons we stop their shipments to us. They need that more.

Don’t know. It would be just if there are enough to make Israel look like Gaza.
Well that’s not going to happen. The better odds are if Iran doesn’t stop they are going to look like Gaza.

They've got plenty of missiles. It's the launchers that are all but destroyed. Kinda like pancakes without butter - what good are they?
Good point. What they can be is more devastation to the Iranians near them.

More important than Iran's missile stockpile is their launch capability.

Reportedly, Israel has already eliminated about two thirds of that capacity.

So, a month?

Perhaps.

But certainly not forever.

China already aren't supporting Iran.

All China has done vis a vis this conflict is evacuate Chinese citizens from Iran.

They know what time it is.

At some point being near the launchers is going to be too risky for anyone but the zealots. I’m thinking the number starts dropping big time tonight. At some point they have to be just demoralized.

BTW- if anyone has questions about if the bombing was effective, entire mountains are now gone.

Or maybe Iran for that matter.

Probably a week or so.

Their kill-ratio on missiles is dirt-poor... for every one that gets through twenty get intercepted.

That ratio is going to get worse for them as the US effort to shield Israel intensifies.

And, given that they've been sending $hit to Russia to use on Ukraine...

And given that the Israelis have been nailing Iranian missile factories and depots and launchers...

They will quite probably empty their magazines over the course of the next week or so and find themselves unable to replenish.

China is sending in planeloads of new missiles, so they aren't going to run out anytime soon.
