Votes could have been counted before midnight as done in Florida. If waiting was necessary the increase would be reflected evenly. These late counts all went to Biden. In swing states.
81 million is conspicuously high. And when 60% of those votes are from mail-ins with little reason for mailing in, it becomes extremely conspicuous. Unless you’re dishonest.
Your candidate won by cheating. You’re just too dishonest to admit that.

Florida was operating on different, much more sane rules whereby the officials could open and count the absentee ballots three weeks before Election Day. That's how they could report their results so quickly.

It's a lot different when you're Pennsylvania sitting on millions of absentee ballots (which they've never had that magnitude before) and can't touch them until 7 AM on Election Day.
