You might should be reminded this is in Zone 1 in which personal attacks are not advisable. Address the issue and make your argument but leave the personal characterizations out of it please.

Yes that first line was out of line for Zone1 inspired by by my post being mischaracterized. Just a reason though and not an excuse. I apologize for that and will try to do better. I'm trying to encourage people to focus on the topic and not on what beliefs are right or wrong or who is lying when they state their opinion.

Yes but it is living matter with, as was noted, all the DNA, creativity, aptitude, intelligence, physical ability etc. that the person will have for his/her whole life. It is already in the process of becoming, growing, developing, and in a relatively short time, as far as we know, may be a sentient being. Since no human that ever lived did not begin with that genesis, in my opinion intellectual honesty requires that we see it as a developing human being.

It is my hope that the huge majority if not all thinking people come to accept and believe in their hearts that it is a developing human being. The debate of when it is necessary or ethical to kill that developing human being will continue, but if we know that it is a human life that we are ending, we are far more likely to arrive at policy in which most agree on what is necessary and ethical.
