The only squeaky clean Beach boys were their cousin Mike Love and Al Jardine and Carl. Dennis, who knew Manson, and Brian were **** ups, but Brian was a genius.

well the documentary i saw said he didnt hang with him like going to places,he made the mistake of letting them live in his house,terry melcher said he thinks dennis did it because he was getting laid by the woman and said he was just being friendly with charlie so he wouldnt leave and take the girls with him....

i had the pleasure of seeing the beach boys live and closeup a front row seat at a convention i went to about 5 to 10 years ago

btw i am very surprised you did not make it over here on this thread to chip in your thoughts epecially after i sent you an alert.

ChristisKing gave me an idea to make this thread in a tribute to Huey Lewis after she made a thread dedicated to Billy Joel.They are my two favorite music artists so when i saw that Billy Joel thread i figured it was imperative i made this thread.

Has anybody else seen this two hour concert of his before he became famous?


Man i wish i had been there.The songs from these first two albums are his BEST stuff.if you have not seen it i strongly urge you to watch it and you can go ahead and post your favorite songs on here as well.
