Less than 25% of the documents on the laptop were real. Likely stolen in the GRU hacking of Burisma weeks prior to the magical appearance of the laptop.

Similar to a hacking of the French election in 2017, when fake documents implicating Macron in corruption were created from real documents obtained when the GRU hacked the corporate offices.
