The Colorado Supreme Court denied the removal of Trump from the ballot because they had no conviction with which to authorize that action. Now this judge calls him this in open court... Bias anyone?

The Judge openly shows bias. Makes a statement, on the written/recorded record. So this is "written" and a matter of court record. Tell me again how this doesn't meet the standard for Libel.. The comment itself is slanderous because the judge did it as an official act. Do you really want to play this game?

Judge in NON-JURY trial
asked to rule on evidence "Did Trump lead an insurrection" and IF he led an insurrection can he be blocked from the ballot under the 14th.
Evidence was presented and based on the evidence the judge ruled that Trump had led the insurrection but could not be blocked from the ballot.

So sue and in that trial the defense will present the same evidence and the judge will make the same finding.
