Do we impeach, remove from office, and charge those who are inciting/encouraging this insurrection?

It's a question. The democrats are trying to say Trump incited an insurrection and have been engaged in a show trial for months, without evidence of it.

Today and in recent past, we have had Chuck Shumer and now Pelosi, AOC, and many other democrats telling their people to become violent. President Biden and Merrick Garland refuse to enforce federal law. As a result of that failure to enforce, one of our supreme court justices had an assassination attempt. Biden refuses to calm things down and today refused to tell the people to be calm. In Biden's speech today he even encouraged violent behavior.

When we take back the house and senate, do we impeach, remove, and charge these people in criminal court? The democrats have been creating and encouraging the insurrection more blatantly than what they blame Trump for doing. What must be done?
What federal law are you talking about?

As far as Biden and Garland?

18 U.S.C. § 1507 - U.S. Code - Unannotated Title 18. Crimes and Criminal Procedure § 1507. Picketing or parading

The 1st amendment does not apply to people intimidating justices in the performance of their duties. Intimidation is not allowed.

Nancy Pelosi made threats of violence as did Maxine Waters, on tape, against the Court. they are all over the news. Even AOC is encouraging violence as is Kamala Harris openly in the press. These are not veiled threats as they are accusing Trump of doing. These are outright calls for violence. This is beyond ridicules...
Yea but they still get their panties in a bunch over rowdies and vandalism from Conservatives.

That didn't take long... Less than 24 hours from the decision and a major act of insurrection...
