INSURECTION-Can we charge democrats who incite or refuse to enforce the law? (ROE Decision)

It's a question. The democrats are trying to say Trump incited an insurrection and have been engaged in a show trial for months, without evidence of it.

Today and in recent past, we have had Chuck Shumer and now Pelosi, AOC, and many other democrats telling their people to become violent. President Biden and Merrick Garland refuse to enforce federal law. As a result of that failure to enforce, one of our supreme court justices had an assassination attempt. Biden refuses to calm things down and today refused to tell the people to be calm. In Biden's speech today he even encouraged violent behavior.

When we take back the house and senate, do we impeach, remove, and charge these people in criminal court? The democrats have been creating and encouraging the insurrection more blatantly than what they blame Trump for doing. What must be done?

Congress members cannot be Impeached. Biden needs to be Impeached before February of 2023. The articles should be drawn up so they're ready to be served as soon as the new Congress is sworn. I think the J6 investigation needs to be continued by the Republicans so those who refused to provide security, even when there is evidence they KNEW violence was likely, can be thoroughly questioned under oath.
