No, they are setup as regions, and you are sent to the region you are assigned to when you start. I applied for a DEC job in the 90's, took the test. The only opening was in the Buffalo region.

The State controls the DEC, not the locals you want to blame.

The fate of the animals was unclear to me at the time. I went with the AP’s headline rather than the claim on Twitter. That’s what I get. Hindsight is 20/20.

Maybe you should have let me know about the title before I posted the thread? Rather than waiting 4 days for the fog and confusion to settle.

In Spokane Washington the Mule deer own the east, south & west areas of Spokane including the downtown business area. The White-Tailed deer are holed up on the north end of Spokane but the big Mulies are ever more taking over their area & forcing the White-Tailed deer back to our farmlands. Those big Mulies have found out the advantages of big city living like they have adjusted to a higher standard of living, & now they have come to expect it!

The way it's going the Mulies will end up starving out the homeless folks as the locals would rather feed the Mulies than the homeless folks!
