I'm NOT sure what it means, other than possibly "not allowed", or maybe "don't do this".

i believe it's because an image has a copyright or embedded encrypted code that doesn't allow it to be uploaded without permission.

sometimes it can be 'gone around' by taking a screenshot & then uploaded.

not that I would ever do something like that.............
