As noted previously - but now confirmed regularly, the Obama White House and Democrat controlled Congress are seeing the same Independents who ushered in the current era of Democrat power now getting frustrated over the direction the nation is heading - and entrenched Republican powers are not being well received either...

Irate and Independent
By Salena Zito

A poll of opinion polls shows Americans' attitudes are changing rapidly.

They are less and less thrilled about the country's direction and Congress, according to Tom Bevan, executive editor of national polling aggregator RealClearPolitics. He says independent voters are shifting away from the polices of the Obama administration and Democrats.

"What do these phenomena have in common? In two words: disillusionment and disgust," says Lara Brown, Villanova University political science professor.

Registered and likely voters, in particular, are disillusioned and disgusted with both parties and their candidates, who seem to over-promise, under-deliver, ask for too much and take advantage of their positions, explains Brown.

Americans are simply fed up:

Sinatra and his toids are twisting the facts. RealClearPolitics is not reputable, and neither is the unfactoid known as Sinatra. Let's move on.

Yes, RCP is only reputable when the numbers are good for your cult idol.

You DO understand what it is, correct? Or is it described using too many big words for you? National polling aggregator.

Now the liberals don't like CNN???

Facts are facts folks - Independents are getting increasingly agitated over the void of sound leadership and the current directin the Obama White House and Democrat Congress is taking the country - and they are fed with with milk toast leaderless Republicans as well.

I don't know about all these so-called "Independents." Do they really even exist? I hear a lot about them but i'm just not sure they can be trusted at this point. Why would they have voted for the Neo-Marxists/Socialists in the first place? I'm actually kind of pi*sed off at them at this point. Pretty big blunder on their part no? But hey,i hope you're right.

Argumentum Ad Hominem This is the error of attacking the character or motives of a person who has stated an idea, rather than the idea itself. The most obvious example of this fallacy is when one debater maligns the character of another debater (e.g, "The members of the opposition are a couple of fascists!"), but this is actually not that common. A more typical manifestation of argumentum ad hominem is attacking a source of information -- for example, responding to a quotation from Richard Nixon on the subject of free trade with China by saying, "We all know Nixon was a liar and a cheat, so why should we believe anything he says?"

Fail.

Dude is the queen of argumentum ad hominem, so who cares?

I merely point that Sinatra and realclearpolitics are not reputable. And three words for the far right wingnut unfactoids: get over yourselves.

Independents voted for Obama out of Bush fatigue, and a rather uninspired presidential candidate who never quite formed a clear campaign message. When the economy went down, that cemented it for them - they wanted a "change" without thinking much on what that change might actually be.

Now they are looking at Obama like a pile of poo on the bottom of their shoe and wondering how in the hell it got there and hoping they didn't track it all over the house...

CNN Poll: Half the country disagrees with Obama on issues.
WASHINGTON (CNN) – For the first time since he took over in the White House, Americans don't see eye to eye with President Barack Obama on the important issues, according to a new national poll.

I have more if you need them.

The problem, in my opinion, was that there were no alternatives. McCain - more of the Bush era (not actually true but that's how any GOP candidate would have been seen). Or Obama - an unknown quantity.

The media did not do their job - they did were totally in the tank for Obama.

Individuals - had they bothered to look at his record and listen properly to him - would have realized who he is but we are, unfortunately, used to being spoonfed information by the media.

This doesn't surprise me at all. Take for example the attack on FOX News. The way I see it, by saying it's not a legitimate news organization, Obama is just insulting the millions of American people who tune in. Independents included!

If a politician loses the Independents, they lose period.

What will Obama do to win them back?
