I just got my pork chops in the bourbon brine...and I wondered what y'all were cookin' up...

Polish Hot Dogs, Polish Marinated Ribs, Chicken, Steak and Potato Salad.

Meat on the bbq.

Steak, cajun and other types of sausage, and probably hot dogs and burgers.

Guests are bringing the sides so I don't know what those will be.

I used my own canned beans for the baked beans...

We ended up having brats, pasta and a salad. Not a big celebration but it was good.

Just got back from my daughters home. We, along with my new 1 year old grand daughter ....
had some great baked chicken, mash taters....corn...greens...corn bread.

Excellent family time.
