It wasn't a report on Dr. Keshavarz-Nia at all. It was an opinion piece about a scam by someone who pretended to be a CIA operative. Dr. Keshavarz-Nia was discussed for a few paragraphs, but according to the piece was someone who had originally fallen for the scam before realizing it wasn't real. The author never even spoke to Dr. Keshavarz-Nia.

That error correction out of the way, if Dr. Keshavarz-Nia's statements lead investigators to uncover voter fraud, great. I find the linked statement to be somewhat poorly put together and not convincing, but realize my lack of expertise in the area leaves me a less than perfect judge. Still, some better evidence, or even proper grammar, would have been nice.
