Travel Ban No. 2 ( the one related to the case being dismissed) was superseded by Travel Ban No. 3, making No. 2 moot.
SCOTUS is not in the habit of wasting time hearing moot cases that even the appellant has written off as no longer being worth pursuing.
Wake us all up when SCOTUS takes on Travel Ban No. 3, OK?
I understand your concern about a dearth of actual victories, but, unfortunately for you, this is not one of that extremely rare breed.

all teeth are still standing. might have something to do with the flailing being directed at trump's own feet. if only he had had time to prepare for the fight.
But SCOTUS is still considering something to do with this. It isn't over yet.
