I'm guessing that Pres.Trump have to declare martial law to go after the Deep State. That he knows that the Deep State run all through the judicial system. And so, in order for him to have a military tribunal to convict them. He have to appoint those that aren't the Deep State's appointees, as judges. But he will never be able to convict these corrupt politicians in civilian's courtrooms. They are all in cahoots together.
So he should know what to do. Because he has friends and family members that knows how things work in that area..
