Any reason they have problems is because of conservatives cutting funding for it. Here in the United states we spend about 17% of GDP on healthcare and many people have no health care and people die sooner than they do anywhere else in the modern world... In England or the UK they spend about 8% which is too little. The best is France at about 12% with everyone covered and the number one health care in the world.
