The cutoff debate is pretty simple. In Pennsylvania, any votes that come after Election Day but we’re postmarked as being sent in in time, can be counted. Republicans want to change that. Why should they be counted? Because Pennsylvania is not going to have Election results on Nov 3rd either way. Duh.

Limiting one drop off box in Texas per county is voter suppression you idiot. This disproportionately affects urban voters (mostly democrats) who live in big cities. Republicans don’t have to worry about this because rural voters can easily vote in a small populated county.
