Look at Øbama, he sometimes talked tough about Russia but even though warned in 2014 about the Russians preparing to meddle in the upcoming 2016 election he did nothing. Not until a month after Hillary was defeated did Øbama do anything and at that, it was a whole lot of nothing.

Now, Trump publicly offered calm words towards Putin but behind the scenes, his policy kept turning the screws with sanctions and more sanctions.
