Then we need a new law that specifically deals with armies of criminals. Or, just look the other way and let vigilantes deal with the problem where deportation means half way for half price.

I'm fine with a new law if needed, but we don't need one we have EXISTING law that covers it.

If they are criminals, arrest them, try them, convict them, send them to prison, then deport them.

If they are here illegally but haven't committed crimes, detain them, let them have due process, then deport them. If there is a potential for harm, keep them in jail.

Although I would argue that criminals that have been convicted for crimes shouldn't have deportation orders, they should go to prison FIRST - then deport them when their sentence is complete.

I don't see the value of sending a criminal home, only to return weeks later.

Normally, I'd be hesitant in ignoring a judicial order much less impeaching the judge, but these are extraordinary times. The Left intend to try to use judicial fiat to usurp the power of the presidency from Trump and tie up his every move, so the only, right thing to do is to start slapping these bums down, quick and hard for everything you've got.

It comes in response to human rights groups arguing that Venezuelan nationals with legitimate asylum claims are in danger of being swept up in the deportations, despite having no known connection to the notorious gang--- if this is true then those groups ought be able to name names. They didn't and I'm calling bullshit.

They will return anyway, get out of prison, get deported, they are back in a week unless that border is secure. Which it is now.
