How do you establish that a Judge is not acting in a politically neutral manner? If a Judge disagrees on a point of law, with a right wing president, does that prove to you that the Judge is not neutral? If he agreed with him, would that not also prove he was not neutral?Not at all. Since judges are required to be inherently politically neutral. It goes with the job. Otherwise all of their rulings are suspect, exactly as they are suspect here.
