They don't need to be "crimes" as democrats impeached Trump on two goofy Articles.
1. A phone call to Zelensky asking for an investigation into the Biden Crime Family.
2. Impeachment or "Removal" AFTER he was already out of office

I'm not for impeaching Biden unless there is a crime that is compelling enough that impeachment is necessary. That being said, I'm sure the republicans can spin/exaggerate/etc. something Biden has or will do into an impeachable offense and vote it through the House.
