No, that is the multi quote button. It is for tagging and replying to multiple posts.

Well I don't think it is for them to have a false flag or that we paid them. But it is a cluster duck of issues creating these scenarios. This Country is bickering with that Country the US sticks their noses into it, we are told back off, then Russia is told to back off etc, etc etc,...

At the moment since I am article jumping for more information, I can't really give a precise answer at this moment. But thanks for stopping by either way.
