Condo buyers have routinely sued to get rid of the Trump Corporation's management of their property. Condo corporations routinely retain the builder's management company as their condo managers. Owners of Trump condos have routinely sued to terminate their contracts with Trump Management for incompetence and mismanagement.

It was rumoured that Fred pulled a lot of strings and paid a lot of bribes behind the scenes to give Donnie that win. Fred bailed out all of his failures, but by the time he was building casino's in Atlantic City, Fred's dementia was too advanced and he wasn't in control of his affairs any longer.

That's when Trump turned to bankruptcy for fun and profit. He bragged that he walked away from his first bankruptcy with $40 million in his own pockets. The Trustees would sign contracts with Trump to manage the properties he had just driven into bankruptcy, until a buyer was found. At a fee of $500,000 per month, plus expenses.

After his 4th bankruptcy American banks refused to lend him any more money, and they still won't lend to him. That's when he took his bankruptcy scheme international, adding 3 more bankrtupcies around the globe to the list.

I cannot believe he conned anyone into believing he was a successful businessman. That was a total con.

Incomes are up MORE than inflation. Yes it's a problem for those on fixed incomes, but Joe raised the SS payments too. Americans have trillions of dollars in savings and they're buying. Prices are going up because because people are spending.
