I've just recently noticed that when somebody PM's me I don't get advance notice in my email that they do and I'm setup for that. Anybody else here having this issue?

Probably just another spurious fluctuation in the Xenforo software that will correct itself in a few hours or days once the DOJ figures out how to stop Russian trolls from hacking us.

NSA probably has it. They will send a copy to the FBI and CIA to put in your file and then forward you the original at a later date.
